Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the RemindKit mobile application ("Application") provided by Görkem Çirtma ("Service Provider"). We respect your privacy and have designed RemindKit to collect as little personal data as possible.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, habits, to dos, or countdowns to any external servers owned by us. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
Local Storage & iCloud Sync
Your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's native frameworks (SwiftData). If you enable Cloud Sync, your data is synced across your devices using your personal Apple iCloud account (CloudKit). This data is encrypted and managed by Apple. We cannot see, access, or share your iCloud data.
Subscriptions (Apple StoreKit)
If you purchase a premium subscription, the transaction is processed securely by Apple. We only receive anonymous transaction metadata (e.g., purchase date, active status) to unlock premium features. We do not have access to your payment information.
Data Deletion
Because your data is stored on your device and your personal iCloud, you have full control. To delete all your data, you can use the "Delete All Data"option in the app's settings, or simply delete the app from your device and manage your iCloud storage via iOS Settings.
