Your Data & Privacy
RemindKit is a local-first productivity app. Your to-dos, habits, and countdowns are stored securely on your device and synced via your personal Apple iCloud account. We do not have access to your data.
You can delete all your data at any time in the app by going to Settings → Delete All Data. This removes your related records instantly from your device and your iCloud.

Quick Help
Data not syncing across devices?
Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID on all devices, iCloud Drive is enabled, and the “Cloud Sync” toggle is turned on in RemindKit’s Settings.
Notification reminders not working?
Open iOS Settings → RemindKit → Notifications and make sure notifications are allowed. Also, check your in app notification schedules.
Widgets not updating?
Sometimes iOS limits background widget updates. Try opening the app to force a refresh, or restart your device.
Subscriptions & Billing
RemindKit Premium is managed entirely by Apple via In-App Purchases.
You can view, change or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
If you have questions about charges or refunds, please contact Apple Support, as all payments are processed securely by Apple.
