You receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to install and use the Application on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Application.

RemindKit is designed as a local first application. Your to-dos, habits, and countdowns are stored on your device and optionally synced via your personal Apple iCloud account. We do not have access to your personal data.

RemindKit offers premium features requiring a paid plan purchased via Apple In-App Purchases. Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID and auto renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies.

The Application schedules local device notifications based on your preferences. You can enable or disable them in iOS Settings or in app.

The Application is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
